Israel’s High Court rejected a request for an inquiry into alleged links between the Oslo peace process and terrorist attacks. The petition filed by the Victims of Arab Terror group also asked the court to bar further implementation of the “road map” peace plan until the investigation is concluded, and to put Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat on trial for alleged involvement in terrorism.
