Count Mazzilini, Italian Consul General, today denied that Arthur Hochdorf had been dismissed as Palestine manager of the Italian Adriatica Line because of racial reasons. He added that 15 of the line’s 34 local employes were Jews and that not a single Jew had been dismissed either by Italian Consulates or firms in Palestine.
