A proposal that four members of the executive of the Jewish Agency proceed to the United States as a delegation of Palestine Jewry authorized to make important decisions in behalf of the Jewish Agency is now under discussion, it is reported today in the Hamashkif, a Hebrew daily newspaper.
The proposal will be submitted to the meeting of the executive of the Jewish Agency which opened today under the chairmanship of David Ben-Gurion to discuss various political problems concerning Palestine. The four men suggested for the delegation are Ben-Gurion, Isaac Gruenbaum, Emil Schmorak and Rabbi Fishman. They all represent groups adhering to the Biltmore Declaration which demands the establishment of Palestine as a Jewish Commonwealth after the war.
