A “Jewish Festival Trip” to various synagogues and other Jewish institutions of New York in honor of the Festival of Succoth is being arranged for today and tomorrow by the “Reconciliation Trips,” of which Clarence V. Howell, Ida Oatley Howell and F. Tredwell Smith are the directors. This organization arranges trips to various racial groups in New York for the purpose of studying their lives and to foster friendship between these various groups. The Succoth trip is especially planned for the High School Department of Riverside Church in cooperation with Mrs. Ivar Helistrom.

The group will visit Temple Emanuel, the Spanish-Portuguese Synagoge and Temple Ansche Chesed. Dr. Harold Korn of the Jewish Historical Society will lecture to the group on “Outstanding Jews in New York’s History.”
