Forty-two Jewish orphans from Europe will be brought here by the end of this month by the OSE, Jewish health society, Dr. Leon Wulman, executive director of the organization, announced today. The 42, who will be reunited with relatives in this country and Latin America, are part of a group of 2,300 being cared for in OSE institutions in Belgium and France.
