The Jewish refugee community of Shanghai, numbering about 14,000 persons, turned out in force today to celebrate the forthcoming establishment of a Jewish State.

Zoubitsky, chairman of the United Zionist Revisionists, speaking for all Zionist parties in the community, thanked the U.S. and the U.S.S.R. for their aid in achieving the partition decision at the U.N.
