Kentucky Gov. Paul Patton apologized to Catholic and Jewish leaders who complained they were not invited to his annual interfaith prayer breakfast. The Kentucky Council of Churches said that the event showed insensitivity to many faiths and that the breakfast included pork sausage, which is not eaten by observant Jews and Muslims.
