The Liberal party won a complete victory in the communal elections in the second district of Bucharest today, an election which is considered a test of strength of the parties before the Parliamentary elections. The Liberals in conjunction with the Union of Roumanian Jews received 3,222 votes and elected ten candidates while the Jewish Nationalists received 600 votes and elected no candidates.
Dr. Adolph Stern and Horia Carp were elected on the Liberal ticket while two other Jews, M. Solomon and J. Milian, were elected on the government party ticket.
