Marlene Dietrich, the film and night club star, who refused to attend a premiere of a film based on the life of Richard Tauber because it was made in Germany with German actors, agreed today to address a luncheon here in behalf of the Israel Institute of Technology. The premiere which Miss Dietrich refused to attend was held for the benefit of the Federation of Jewish Relief Societies of Britain.
