Martial Law in Bessarabia Will Be Suspended Soon

Martial law in Bessarabia will be suspended following the elections to the Roumanian parliament which will take place shortly, according to a statement made by General Marescu, the new Roumanian Minister of War, at a press conference.

Another reason for the breaking up of the anti-Semitic students strike was revealed today. It was learned that the strike was called off following the allottment made by M. Goge, Minister of the Interior, of 3,000,000 Lei to better conditions in the student dormitories.
