Prof. Solomon Mikhoels and Lieut.-Col. Itzik Feffer, the Jewish cultural delegation from the Soviet Union, arrived in London from the United States last night. The two delegates had been expected here some weeks ago and several meetings arranged for them were held although the guests of honor were absent. Transportation difficulties delayed their departure from New York.
