Sir Alfred Mond sailed Tuesday on the Mauretania for England. In an interview with the Jewish Telegraphic Agency representative, Sir Alfred expressed his pleasure at the hearty welcome given him by American Jews.
“I am convinced”, Sir Alfred said, “that enormous progress is possible in Palestine. if American Jews put their shoulders to the wheel and “do their duty”.
