Mrs. Felix M. Warburg has donated a tract of 150 acres to the town of Green burgh, in Lower Westchester, for the use of the school authorities, it was announced this week-end.
The estimated value of the land is $500,000. The school authorities sought to buy the land, but Mrs. Warburg gave it to the school district instead. Included in the deed is a 40-room mansion, two smaller houses and a polo field.
