Legislation on the Jews growing out of recent discussions of the Fascist Grand Council will be passed by the Cabinet tomorrow, it was learned tonight.
It was announced officially that 3,522 Jewish families, of a total of approximately 15,000, are exempt from application of the Italian anti-Jewish laws under rulings by the Fascist Grand Council. The exemptions were listed as follows: Families of war dead, 406; of war volunteers, 721; of soldiers decorated with the Cross of Military Merit, 1,597; of those who died during the Fascist revolution, 3; of those crippled or wounded in the cause of Fascism, 20; of Fascists belonging to party before the march on Rome, or who joined in the second half of 1924, 724; and families of Fiume legionnaires, 51.
