A revised divorce law will be issued early in 1934, which will legalize divorces between Aryans and Jews, German authorities revealed today.
The recent decision of a German court, which decided that divorces motivated by racial incompatibility must be rejected unless the applicant had applied before October, is based on an obsolete law, authorities declared.
It is useless, they said, to make thousands of people suffer all their lives merely because the old laws were “blind to racial shame”.
Authorities urged interested Aryans to wait patiently for the new law.
