Thirty-four cases of medical supplies and vitamin products have reached Poland, the American Committee of OSE disclosed today. The supplies were purchased by Dr. B. Tschlenoff, OSE representative in Geneva, and shipped to the “TOZ” (Jewish health protection society) in Warsaw through the intermediary of the International Red Cross.
A second shipment, containing 500 kilograms of vitamin products, medical supplies and drugs, among them sulfathiazole, is under way. The cost of these shipment was borne jointly by the Joint Distribution Committee and the OSE.
