The Palestine problems will be in the fere front of disevsions at the preliminery conference of the League of Arab Nations which opened have yesterday, it was reported today. Meawhile, unconfirmed runers concerring different solutions for the Arab-Jewish. (##) which are alleged to have been brought to the conderenoe by the varicus delegates continue to circulate here.
One of the solutions which the members of the conforence may study deals with the eventual partitioning of Palestine and the formation of a gre(##) Syria which will include the port of Palestine assigned to the Arabs, it was stated.
Usually well-informed Arab circles slained that there is also a propesal on hand – allegedly already acctpted by the foreigner inisters of the Arab countries participating in the conference-which provides for the granting of administrative and cultural automony to Jewish sections within an Arab Palestine.
It was also reported today in Arab circles that Arab delegates at the gas Francison canference will propose the admision of another 100,000 Jews to Palestine, after the expiration of the immigration quote under the term of the British which peper, with the provise that all further immigration will be prohibited. This senien is said to be considered by Arab leaders to be adventageous from the Arab viewpoint, since it will not weaken the Arab majerity in the country and, at the same time, will show to the world that the Arabs are ready to welcome a large body of surviving puropean Jews, which is more than any other nation proposes to do.
