Lady Reading, Dr. Nahum Goldman and Rabbi Fishman in London, today cabled to the Jewish National Council in Jerusalem urging that the Yishav send a delegation to the forthcoming conference of the World Jewish Congress in New York. The Jewish National Council has indicated that it will send such a delegation only if other Jewish communities in various countries decide to do so.
