Palestinian legislators loyal to Yasser Arafat are threatening to vote against the new Cabinet when it is brought before the Palestinian Parliament for approval this week. Some 30 to 35 council members, most from the Palestinian Authority president’s Fatah faction, have said they will vote against the government assembled by Prime Minister-designate Mahmoud Abbas, Ha’aretz reported.
