The Supreme Court has cancelled the two-year prison sentence of Adam Doboszynski, an engineer, and ordered a retrial on charges that he organized a march of anti-Semitic National Democrats on the town of Myslowice, occupying the town, cutting communications and terrorizing the Jews. As a result, Doboszynski, whose term is almost ended, is now threatened with receiving a ten-year sentence.
