The death sentence will be asked by the prosecution for the two Palestine terrorists who assassinated Lord Moyne, British Minister for the Middle East, early last month, it was revealed here today. The trial will open here on January 10th.
Twenty-four witnesses will testify for the prosecution. The case prepared by the prosecutor takes up more than 300 typewritten pages. The two terrorists, Eliauh Chakim of Haifa and Ephraim Ben-Zuri of Tel Aviv, will be defended by two government-appointed lawyers since they refused to appoint their own lawyers.
