President Bush said the Palestinian Authority must do more to prevent terrorism, including dismantling terrorist groups. Speaking Tuesday at the White House Rose Garden with Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, Bush said the Palestinian Authority “must undertake sustained, targeted and effective operations to confront those engaged in terror and dismantle terrorist capabilities and infrastructure.”
