The act of indictment against Zelea Codreanu, anti-Semitic leader awaiting trial for anti-Semitic agitation and propaganda, was made public today. It charges that he, as the head of the anti-Semitic youth organization, the Iron Guard, is responsible for all of the disturbances and for inciting the peasantry against the Jews and the government. He is also charged with violating article eleven of the criminal code which provides a prison sentence of from six months to five years for those found guilty of agitation that endangers public order.
