Nine cities of different countries having the largest number of Jewish inhabitants are mentioned in a report regarding the growth of the Jewish population in larger cities, published by the Jewish community of Berlin.
According to the report, the following cities have the largest Jewish communities: New York, with 1,750,000 Jews; Chicago, 325,000; Warsaw, 322,185; Philadelphia, 275,000; Budapest, 212,736; Vienna, 201,513; London, about 200,000; Berlin, 172,672, and Lodz, 150,000.
