The prediction that racial and religious discrimination in employment and in places of public accommodation will be eliminated “in the foreseeable future “was made in a report by the State Commission Against Discrimination submitted here today to Governor Dewey. The report said that considerable progress had been made in New York State in 1952 to eliminate discriminatory practices.
