The rumors that Dr. Arthur Ruppin, agricultural expert and member of the Zionist Executive in Palestine, would resign from his post, were denied here today by the Zionist Organization.
At the same time that this denial was made, it was indicated that there exists a difference of opinion between Dr. Ruppin and the other members of the Executive concerning the future colonization policy of the Executive in Palestine. It was declared that Dr. Ruppin would present his views to the Jahres Konference, and “will not resign if his policy is accepted.”
At a banquet given him before his departure today, under the chairmanship of Nahan Sokolow, Dr. Ruppin stated that he was satisfied with the results of his work in the United States.
