Russian police arrested six ultranationalists in connection with the recent vandalism of Muslim and Jewish graves. The leader of the group known as Russian National Unity and five others were detained but not charged over last week’s attack on a cemetery in the city of Tver, in which at least 100 gravestones were toppled or defaced with swastikas.
