A plan to introduce courses in religious education for which credit would be given is now being considered by the local board of education. The project is being sponsored by the Ministerial Alliance of San Antonio. The plan proposes that each pupil receive training in the religion specified by his parents and the courses be given by instructors meeting the requirements of all parties to the agreement.
