More than 1,000 people, most of them Jews apparently motivated by curiosity, gathered here last night to listen to a sermon by the American evangelist, Billy Graham. The sermon, delivered in English, was translated simultaneously into Hebrew.
Following his sermon, Dr. Graham asked those who “want to listen to the words of Jesus” to remain. Only about a score of the listeners stayed awhile longer, but most of these left the hail after a short time.
