The “London Jewish Chronicle” in its current issue criticizes editorially, the postponement of the trial of the torturers of Samson Bronstein, Zionist leader of Yedinez, Bessarabia.
The paper charges that the intention is to drag the matter for so long that will be forgotten, following the same procedure adopted in the case of those responsible for the shooting of five Jews as they were crossing the Soroca frontier.
The trial of Captain Panisoara and the gendarmes implicated with him in the torture of Bronstein last May, was expected to take place in the summer, was set for October 18th and now has been postponed until December 20th.
