Bolgatsky, an ex-officer in the army of General Wrangel, and Glikis, a refugee from Odessa, both of whom have been postal censors in Bessarabia, have been sentenced to imprisonment for persistently stealing checks and money sent by American relatives to refugees in Bessarabia. They were also accused of having stolen money sent to Jewish institutions. Both Bolgatsky and Glikis are appealing the decision.
