Seven Israeli dairies recently installed video cameras in its dairies to make sure that no Jews milk the cows there on Shabbat. The cameras, put into place by the rabbi with the Israeli daily company Tnuva, will ensure that the dairies’ milk is acceptable for the increasing number of customers who want strictly kosher products.
