Shimon Peres described the Lebanese government as a “prima donna,” expecting others to fight its battles instead of confronting Hezbollah directly. “Lebanon is crying. Why is she crying? Let her do the minimum necessary to stop Hezbollah from firing from her midst,” Peres told reporters in New York on Monday.
