The courts here hve decided to permit the Nazi leader, Fraunfeld, to enter a libel suit against the Socialist press.
The Socialist press recently revealed that Fraunfeld had undergone treatment in a hospital maintained by the Jewish Community and charged that the Nazi chieftain had continued his press agitation against the Jews from his hospital bed. This action was denounced as a dishonorable act on the part of a “Kosher” Nazi leader by the Socialist papers.
The Socialist press will be permitted to introduce several representatives of the Jewish Community as witnesses for the defense.
