Charges instituted by the Certified Yeast Company against the Jewish Bakers’ Voice, the Bakers and Consumers Yeast Company, and the Ideal Yeast Company, will be aired in the Supreme Court in Brooklyn this morning.
The complaint, which asks damages and a restraining order, charges the three companies with intimidation, and a concerted attack upon the company. The charges arose from the anti-German boycott.
