Swastikas were scrawled on two Philadelphia Jewish institutions over the weekend. In addition to a swastika, vandals left a frozen pig’s head on the steps outside the Orthodox Congregation B’nai Abraham. Similar black swastikas were also discovered on a marker outside the historic Mikveh Israel cemetery that contains graves of Jews from the colonial era.
