The Syrian news agency Sana reported yesterday that repairs have been completed to the TWA jet airliner that was badly damaged after it was hijacked to Damascus by Arab commandos last Aug. 29. But there was no indication that the two Israeli passengers held captive by Syria will be permitted to leave when the airliner finally takes off for the United States. The Israelis, Prof. Shlomo Samueloff and Sallah Muallem, were detained after all the other passengers and crew members were released last August. Also released by Syrian authorities were the two Palestinian commandos who seized the Boeing 707 in mid-air and later set off a bomb in its cockpit after passengers and crew were evacuated at the Damascus airport.
