Terrorists attacked an Israeli army jeep near Jericho early Wednesday, Israeli military sources said. None of the soldiers was hit, and they managed to fire back at their attackers. The soldiers reported that the terrorists fired grenades and automatic weapons. Israeli soldiers later conducted a house to house search in the villages of Ramoun and Taibe in the vicinity of the attack.
