The crown prince of the United Arab Emirates said Israelis should visit his country. The prince, Sheik Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum, made the comments Tuesday amid a visit to Dubai by an 80- person Israeli delegation to the annual conference of the International Monetary Fund and World Bank. Currently, Israelis are barred from the Arab emirate, President Bush the IMF delegation had special permission to visit the country.
