The Federal Communications Commission must reconsider whether CBS intentionally distorted the news when it aired a segment about life in Ukraine, a U.S. federal appeals court ruled. A viewer wants to have the FCC turn down CBS’s broadcast license for a station in Detroit. The viewer claimed that the popular news magazine show “60 Minutes” intentionally gave the impression that all Ukrainians are anti-Semitic.
