The Jewish Telegraphic Agency was informed yesterday that while the immediate crisis leading to the resignations of Emanuel Neumann and Heschel Farbstein from the Jewish Agency Executive is due to the budget cuts, differences have also arisen because of the view of the two that Labor members are tending to ally themselves with the non-Zionists to dominate the Executive.
