The manning of all 30 lookout posts in the Galilee will be completed by the end of April, Amos Harpaz, chairman of the Galilee region section in the Jewish Agency settlement department, said at a press conference in Safad. Some 10-12 families will settle in each of the outposts, designed to strengthen the Jewish presence in the Galilee. All outposts are later planned to become regular settlements. Some IL 300 million were invested so far in the building of the outposts.
