The Royal Canadian Mounted Police arrested three men in a town in northern Alberta, ostensibly in connection with immigration-related matters in Canada and fraud charges in the United States. But an immigration official said the three were nabbed as part of an ongoing investigation into the Sept. 11 terror attacks against the United States.
