There was no cooperation between Norwegian security services and Israel’s Mossad in a Lillehammer, Norway murder 27 years ago, according to a Norwegian panel. In 1973, Mossad agents killed a Moroccan waiter they had mistakenly identified as a member of Black September, which was responsible for killing Israeli athletes at the 1972 Munich Olympic Games.
