The Union of Jewish Writers, Journalists and Artists in Italy, which was established in July, 1946, has dissolved itself in line with the policy of Jewish cultural groups to wind up their activities as the rate of Jewish emigration from Italy continues to decrease the number of displaced Jews in this country. The Union, during the course of its existence, published its own magazine and arranged numerous cultural meetings.
