As part of its campaign against racial prejudice, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization plans to issue five pamphlets on various aspects of race, it was announced here today. The pamphlets will deal with racial myths, race and biology, race and culture, race and psychology and roots of prejudice.
UNESCO has also concluded contracts with specialists to do studies of the cultural assimilation of immigrants in various countries, including Israel. The studies will take account of such factors as language assimilation, inter-group relations and participation in political and social movements.
