Ninety Arab villages, in the neighborhood of Tul Kerem, Nablus and Jennin, have sent letters of thanks to the Governor of Nablus for his action in arresting Abdul Salim Rachman, the son of the Mayor of Tul Kerem.
Rachman, who was considered an Arab nobleman, was exposed, in fact, as the leader of an Arab bandit gang, which had been terrorizing the neighboring villages.
