The Washington Daily News said editorially today that Israel’s complaint to the United Nations on the Egyptian blockade “is a commendable step, deserving the utmost effort and backbone of the Security Council.”
The editorial called Egypt’s violation of the 1951 Security Council order to end the Suez Canal blockade against Israel shipping “a flagrant case.”
