Felix M. Warburg, Justice Samuel I. Rosenman, Morris Rothenberg and Dr. Joseph Rosen will be among the principal speakers at the fourth annual general assembly of the Council of Jewish Federations and Welfare Funds Jan. 30 and 31 at the Benjamin Franklin Hotel, Philadelphia, it was announced by George Backer, chairman of the program committee. The Assembly will bring together more than 500 delegates and social welfare leaders from 90 federations and welfare funds in 76 cities of the United States and Canada.
