Jewish children between the ages of thirteen and sixteen will participate in a citywide oratorical contest here sponsored by the religious education committee of the Chicago section of the Council of Jewish Women and the Board of Education.
The subject of the contest is “What Unites the Jews?” Prizes are to be distributed in March. The oratorical committee in charge of the arrangements includes Mrs. Charles E. Shulman, chairman; Mrs. I. W. Inlander, Mrs. H. Moment, Mrs. M. L. Purvin, Mrs. Harry Salzman, and Rabbi Samuel M. Blumenfeld, adviser.
